Bentenike is a pond with clear blue spring water which makes amazing beauty. This spring water is 14℃ and crystal clear, which listed as Japanese 100 famous water, also used for irrigation or hatchery fish. There is a restaurant serves trout and you can enjoy fishing here.
Akiyosido is located underground, 100m below of Akiyoshidai, which is one of the most beautiful cave in Japan. Rout for sightseeing in the cave stretches 1km long and temperature is 17℃ throughout the year, making cool in summer, warm in winter, which is comfortable for elderly and kids. Mother Nature created several mysterious shapes.
Akiyoshidai was generated as coral reef in ancient time, about 350,000,000 years ago. Akiyoshidai is karst plateau where sinkholes and caves have been developed. Corals and some fossils can be discovered from limestones.
Kagekiyodo is a cave which is said that Kagekiyo Taira was hiding after Heike family lost Dannoura war in Heian period. There are 2 routes to see, one is usual sightseeing route, and another is exploration route searching fossils and creatures living in the dark.
Akiyoshidai Safari park is a zoo where visitors can see animals living in nature. There is small area to play with cute animals. There is also amusement park with a roller coaster, a go-cart and many attractions nearby.
